Like so many mums, new and seasoned, the care and protection of our loved ones is paramount. The Micky Ha Ha brand evolved when I couldn’t find easy and practical solutions to common danger areas around the home that my children created.

It's hard work being a parent and we all want to provide the safest environment for our children that we can, but its also hard work being a kid and kids get so tired of mum and dad saying “NO”!

Life for kids is full of no’s. “No, don’t touch that.” “No, leave that alone.” “ No, come away from there.” Kids get tired of hearing it and parents get tired of saying it.

The Mickey Ha Ha Power Point Safety Cover takes away some of the no’s by restricting access to a real danger area in the first place.

Now, I can already hear some of you saying “Why call it Micky Ha Ha”. The name came from my youngest son, Mitchell, who happens to get Micky for short. As you can see by the photo, Micky is a normal little cheeky inquisitive boy. He was very young when we moved into our new home and as most little people tend to do, he decided to ‘check out’ any cupboard, room or nook and cranny that he could. When he got into something he wasn’t allowed to we would put a safety device on. Door latch, cupboard catch etc. When he went to get into it the next time he was told, ‘Ha Ha, you can't open it now” before to long he then decided that any catch we put on was a ‘ha ha’. You see, the name makes sense after all.
